I began praying that I would not do my will but instead do His and ever since then, I have felt a peace that I have never felt before. I completly agree with a God shaped hole that can only be will filled through God's will. Thanks Ramona. Blaise Pascal said “There is a God shaped vacuum in the heart of every man which cannot be filled by any created thing, but only by God, the Creator, made known through Jesus”. We were hard wired to worship. Everyone worships something. For those who refuse a higher power, they end up trying to fill that vacuum with all kinds of things; drugs, alcohol, sex, money, power, and worship it. When we finally come to place where we acknowledge that vacuum that only God can fill, then healing begins.
